History
Hope Homes Scotland was established in 1990 by three members of the Hope family - Anne, Scott and Ian. They set out to build a strong family business; to be a housebuilder that people trust and that tradesmen are proud to work for.
Over the past 22 years they have worked hard to achieve that goal, building over 950 new homes and commercial properties in south west Scotland. With a reliable, highly-skilled workforce, a Hope home has become sought after, with many families purchasing from the company several times over.
When residents eventually come to re-sell their Hope home, the name of the company usually features large in any marketing material. This is tangible proof that the company has an enviable reputation for constructing quality homes that last.
All three company founders continue to work in the business full-time and many members of the workforce have been with the company for a number of years.
Hope Homes are working with The Prince's Foundation and ZeroC to design, build and sell over 600 homes and businesses at Knockroon, Dumfries House Estate, Cumnock.
The visitor centre and three stunning showhomes at Knockroon are now open 7 days a week. The first few residents have taken entry and construction work is underway on several more homes.
