Daisybank, Tarbolton - Hope Homes Scotland have acquired a 5 bedroom Georgian house set in substantial grounds in Tarbolton.
Respected firm, Robert Potter and Partners, have been appointed as architects, and are currently drawing up plans to sympathetically restore the house, and construct a traditional, and well designed mews development. Redbrae, Maybole - Redbrae is situated on the edge of Maybole, on the road to Alloway, and is a matter of minutes from the A77.
Cooper Cromar, one of Scotland’s leading architectural practices, is preparing a planning application for a development that will be unique in Ayrshire, and will no doubt create a lot of interest, both locally and further afield.
It is planned that the existing sandstone building be converted into striking, spacious apartments. A wide range of homes, that are all that little bit different, will be situated in the grounds.
