We base our quotation on our standard specification and don't be fooled by the word 'standard'. Everything is included to allow you to move into your home on completion, without any outstanding construction works.
Included internally will be a fitted kitchen, including appliances, tiling to kitchens and all bathrooms, shower rooms and en suites, quality bathroom suites and showers, superior finishings and internal doors, TV points and telephone points, a heating system, all switches, sockets and lights. Walls and ceilings are painted in neutral tones upon which you can then stamp your own individual mark.
Externally our quote will include the specified construction of your home, whether timber frame or traditionally built, using slates, render or stone. Hope Homes fit quality windows and doors, an area for parking, washing poles, an outside tap ... every detail is catered for.
Most of us will get the chance to do something like this only once, and inevitably you will want your home to be somewhat different, unique and just the way you want it. We can source and price almost anything, whether it is a grand staircase, the latest kitchen gadget, a sauna or a professionally fitted drinks bar.
